How much is standard gratuity?

Standard gratuity (tip) is 10%.  Long distance bus charters excluded.

Is gratuity automatically added to my bill?

We automatically add 10% gratuity to all orders, unless mutually agreed prior to making a reservation.

Do you collect sales tax?

No, we do not collect sales tax.

What are hourly rates? What are bus rates calculated by for mileage?

When should I reserve a vehicle of my choice?

Please make a reservation as soon as possible to make sure that the vehicle of your choice is still available at the price you were quoted. We experience a heavy volume of calls just prior to the local wedding shows taking place in January of each year. We recommend booking as soon as your date is established. Some parties book over 12 months in advance.

What is required to make a reservation?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date & time. Balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to scheduled date, If Balance Is NOT Paid You Will Forfeit Your Reservation, Contract and Your 50% Deposit!

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be in writing 30 days or more prior to reservation and mailed or faxed to us at (906) 226-2105. If date is re-rented a full refund of your deposit will be made.

* NO REFUNDS if cancelled less than 30 days prior to event.*

What credit cards do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, JBC and Diners as a form of payment.
